Antique American Country Federal Bow Front Sideboard
Based on our research of this beautiful piece, it's likely that we have an American Country Federal bowfront sideboard (c. 1800–1830) built with a gorgeous mahogany veneer face and native poplar/pine interiors.
It is a beautiful piece of early Americana history featuring two bow front drawers displaying hand-cut dovetails on the front of the drawers with notched corners on the backs. The drawers are flanked by side cabinet doors with brass locks and rests on long tapered legs with spade feet. The overall condition is good with imperfections consistent with age and use. Please see the photos for more details.
