George Zee & Co Style Asian Hand Carved Figural Folding Flip Top Dry Bar
Impressive vintage hand carved bar cabinet attributed to George Zee & Co. known for their high-quality carved teak and camphor wood furniture including chests, tables and cabinets. Established in Shanghai in 1930, the company moved to Hong Kong in 1949 where their furniture became very popular among American servicemen.
This folding bar cabinet features heavily carved garden scenes and figurals on 4-sides including a carved inset on the top which has a protective glass covering. The cabinet doors open to support twin flip top panels that reveal a generous storage area for all of your entertaining needs and supplies including bottle space for wine and liquor bottles, glassware and more. Beautifully crafted conversation piece for any space!
